They are in good condition. All of the mounting tabs on back are good. Some small dings, creases and scratches.

The '65 wheels were not deep enough. These will only fit factory 14 inch steel wheels 1966 and later. A very decent driver quality set.

A few pits in the centers. Up for offer is a set of 4 original '66 Dodge charger, Polara and monaco 14 inch spinner hub caps. I tried them on a '65 custom 880 station wagon owner few years ago and they wouldn't fit.
