With a little elbow grease, this would make good quality driver parts. The paint could use some work, but good news is, they come apart in four pieces so touch up would be very easy.

I'm fact, there were four of them, but I could only find three, until found the fourth with my garden tractor: - some pitting on spinners, and one see photo looks like someone got a bit aggressive when remounting hubcap.
