Some of these have been in storage inside for over 40 years. It has been quite the challenge selling off a barn full hubcaps. There are over 1000 caps, hubcaps, wheel covers and trim rings.
If I miss some tiny detail it is not a valid reason to return the item someone could paint black and would look fine. They all have dings, mostly on the edge.
The remaining are now in my garage. Please understand these are used and several years old. The centers can be swapped out.
The emblems are in good shape on 3 of 4.

It would best be used as a spare. I do not have many duplicate sets left. I have enjoyed the task but barn and property they were housed in has been sold.

Therefore its worth noting that do not wait to see if I come up with another set may be better then what have currently. Time and others pursuits will no longer allow me to do so. My plan is to put a few each week until they are gone. On the other one black background is gone but Buick colors are still there.
Some may even be broken or missing parts. A couple do have them on the face. One also has a cut in it.
In many cases I lose money because have costs boxes, envelopes, packing material etc.
