Black paint is these are 15 inches. I will to ship to the us. Some of these have been in storage inside for over 40 years.

Some may even be broken or missing parts. I am happy to see these hubcaps being put back into use instead of being stored. They have great shine for just being washed.

There are many sets. I am selling off a hubcap collection that covers the late 1930's until the late the early 2000 's.

Used during the same years. It is too subjective. They may contain light scratches from storage, blemishes, imperfections, paint loss, tiny dings,hammer marks, scuff, scrapes, rubs, unevenness, rust, discoloration, pitting, dirt. Each of them have a ding and or a scratch on 4 of them.

Many have been happy with my detailed as opposed to a rating system. I only ship items out once a week. Please understand these are used and several years old.

I try to only charge for actual shipping. The 5th has several dings and would be used as a spare. The silver centers have some paint loss.

There is also no warranty on this item. There are over 1000 caps, hubcaps, wheel covers and trim rings.
