The cap has lots of small dents has the working spring loaded part number 13f 0152 the lock is not rusted, should be able to have a key made if it is to be used. This listing is for a spare tire locking hubcap that is correct for a 1933 Ford v8 with full tire cover I have seen that it is the same as a 1932 if the attaching bar is removed I do not have the key.
