There could be 3 or 4 raised nubs on your wheels. These caps cover up the lug nuts and they snap in from the front of the wheel.

This is a brand new set of 4, chrome plated baby moon caps that will fit many older factory wheels found on both ford and Chevy painted wheels. Look at the picture of the wheel without the cap and notice the nubs on the outside center. How to measure you can measure your wheel for the size by starting under one nub and then going straight across to the underside of the opposite nub.
