When I acquired them they were still in the original plastic bag with paper insert on bottom of each from new and never put a Car. They don't have any dents or dings and no heavy type noticeable scratches. They are 14 when measuring the back as shown in photos and model number is E8VC-1130-aa internet shows that 15 hubcaps.
