This cap is fully functional as it is, but would need total restoration to be used on anything nicer than a daily driver beater. This is the only one I have. It may polish up a little with some effort, but wont be perfect regardless.

This listing is for one 1 used original equipment 15 turbine wheel cover originally used on the Buick riviera model's equipped with 15 steel wheels. This cap has been sitting in my shed for about 10 years, and has accumulated a great deal of surface oxidation on the retaining ring on the back side.

Definitely not a new or show quality item. The cast metal turbine insert has some pits in the plating and there are some scratches and scuffs on the edges from parking curbs see photos. Please see all photos provided and address any and all questions or concerns prior to purchase.

It doesn't appear to be structural rust, and it isn't visible when the cap is installed. Great restoration candidate or wall hanger.
