The back side of this same one is as new. The other 3 are as new. It doesn't appear to have been used but you can see this in the picture. They are in the original boxes and all have hardware attached.

Here is a set of 4 nos Tru Spoke 3 bar spinner caps. I would say it will clean up some and left as was. What is shown I have and the only issue one of them for some reason had been exposed has pit marks. Best way to contact me.
