This is a jet fighter styled hood ornament that I understand fits 1951 thru 1953 Packard clippers. I was able to get a screw start in all of the attachment points. It is in pretty good shape for its' age. There obviously is some pitting,but from 10 feet, it looks pretty damn good.
The number matches other ornaments that are attributed to those model's. I'm not the Packard expert, but it does match pictures on-line of those years. You Packard owners know better than me.
