These pair of original gm aluminum cylinder heads for big block Chevy engines. The heads were used on following applications: 1969 XL 430hp all aluminum engine, 2nd design l and 1971 Corvette ls6 454 425hp engine. There are no breaks, cracks, welds, or other significant damage. One head has a small paint blemish that looks like crack but rest assured it is not cracked, only.

These heads were also sold over the gm parts counter for years. However, it is uncommon to see a real deal 1969 dated set. For someone looking nice heads they will notice this rare opportunity. It is not uncommon to see a set of these heads for sale.

I also have a set of aluminum heads for l88 and 67 intake 427. They have been pressure tested. These aluminum heads have been completely reworked with new valves, valve stems, springs, guides etc.

These heads are ready to bolt on and dated, in good condition overall.
