The entire cap has been heavily buffed to a high gloss with all original nickel plating gone. Bookmark rusty Packard for more automotive parts, hubcaps, emblems, automobile and quality collectibles.
The face with the raised Flint block letter insignia emblem logo nameplate is excellent and has been repainted.
Clean inside, no cracks or deformation, threads look good.
