Its in the original factory foil lined bag and box, both of which show signs wear, check photos. The hubcap itself is a beauty, near mint condition, has been handled, couple of spots where chrome shows through paint, but it doesn't appear to have ever installed on wheel.

No rust whatsoever, dents. The photos tell it better than I can. I got this hubcap from an old guy who said he bought it for his 1941 Plymouth and never used.
