I would say that this one is in very nice used condition.

I am no expert on grading these so you should use the photos to determine condition. Hollander 3083 b it is used vintage and original. Cleaned lightly with soap and water otherwise in as found condition will look even better a proper cleaning polishing. For 15 inch diameter wheels, it is across grippers, overall.

Here is a hubcap wheel cover. This is a hard one to find. It is still shine. It has light, ageing and wear, dings scuffs scratches scrapes, as would be expected on this type of a used item age.

It has only a little light curb rash on the second outer edge. My id see all 6 photos for details. Expect signs of wear and use. I think this wire spoke was original for 1978 and 1979 Chevrolet passenger vehicles Caprice excl landau.

Backside has 5 good mounting clips.
