Gm used the same basic casting as they did in spinners, but just eliminated notches for wires that were included versions. Again, this asset-up.

The spinner casting was used for all Buick's that optional wire wheel covers - special, skylark, Sabre, Electra and riviera. This spinner is not the same one as used on cast aluminum wheel covers - it just fits wire.
Its not show-worthy as-is - needs work. Insert has one scratch, which may or not polish out. You'll need to plan on re-chroming, or using a driver car only.
