Some of the black accent paint is flaking off. Virtually no pitting to the spinner. I have tried my best to describe in great detail the items you are buying on.

Good used condition. A very nice hard to find survivor quality or driver wheelcover. You are buying on one 14 spinner wire wheelcover optional for a Buick special, Skylark, or gran sport.

No pitting on the tower below spinner. Plastic is not cracked and has good color. Only one small spot of curb rash at the 10 o'clock position that I have provided a photo.

I can see a few specs in the deep revises of spinner bars. Retaining ring is in good condition.
